Please join us for a traditional Rite I* liturgy with hymns and a sermon.  The music is provided by the St. Francis Choir, under the direction of  Organist-Choirmaster Gary Davison.  The sermon is usually given by St. Francis Rector, Father Mark Michael.  Free child care is provided in the Cribbery, located in St. Francis Hall, under the watchful eye of Cribbery Assistant Sarah Harich.

(*2nd Sunday of the month is a Family Service using Rite II)

Fall/Winter/Spring Schedule of Services

(begins after Labor Day thru the end of May)

8:00 am  |  The Holy Eucharist, Rite I

A quiet, traditional Communion service with homily.  Free child care is provided in the Cribbery for infants and preschoolers, under the direction of Cribbery Assistant Sarah Harich.  School-age children are invited to participate in children’s chapel during the service.

9:15 am | The Holy Eucharist, Rite I

(1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Sundays)

Please join us for a traditional Rite I liturgy with hymns and a sermon.  The music is provided by the St. Francis Choir, under the direction of Gary Davison.  The sermon is usually given by Father Mark Michael, rector.  Free child care is provided in the Cribbery, located in St. Francis Hall, under the watchful eye of Sarah Hirich.  During the service, school-age children are led out to enjoy their own children’s chapel.

9:15 am |  Morning Prayer

(3rd Sunday only)

Please join us for morning prayer with hymns and a sermon.  The music is provided by the St. Francis Choir, under the direction of Gary Davison.  The sermon is usually given by St. Francis Rector, Father Mark Michael.   Free child care is provided in the Cribbery, located in St. Francis Hall, under the watchful eye of Sarah Harich. 10:30 am  |  Adult Education and Sunday School, St. Francis Hall

Sunday school is offered immediately after the 9:15 service. Mrs. Melisssa Beall is the Director of Sunday School.  Meanwhile, the adults gather in the hall for an adult forum on a religious topic; coffee and doughnuts are always provided with a suggested $1 donation requested.  The Youth Group (for students in middle school and high school) activities take place in the Youth Room under the direction and guidance of the Youth Minister.   For more information, please contact Tracy Holmes in the parish office at (301) 365-2055.

(1st and 3rd  Sundays; Morning Prayer on the 2nd and 4th Sundays)
