Mark Michael was installed as the 6th rector, or head, of St. Francis Church. The Right Reverend Mariann Budde, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Washington, DC, celebrated the service, joined by esteemed colleagues of Father Mark’s from all walks of his religious life.
